Wine evening (Restaurant Krietsch, Schwäbisch Gmünd): Popped and poured. Quite consistent with my previous bottle, just with a bit less enthusiasm :) Clear, deep golden amber color. Complex, botrytized nose, with honey, exotic fruit and spices. On the palate sweet, very advanced, very lively acidity, good tension and density, exotic fruit, botrytis, creamy. Long, medium complex finish. Drink up. 91

Glass: Zalto Universal Drunk over the course of one week. Clear, medium golden-amber color. Clean, medium+ intense, developing nose with beautiful botrytis notes, honey, yellow stone fruit, herbs, some slate, smoke and a tiny bit of firn. Complex and multi-layered. Medium-sweet. Racy acidity, that balances the sweetness very well. Exotic fruit basket, some herbs, touch of honey. Elegant and fully balanced, creamy mouthfeel and never cloying. Very long finish! Seems to me at its peak, but will stay there at least for another decade, but I guess it will not improve. 93
