Color is starting to brick. Nose of dusty cherries, roses and tar. On the palate, decent acidity up front, dried cherries, dirt, dried herbs and tar with medium+ lingering tannins. Old world, no doubt and drinking fairly well with food. Intrigued to the point where if I saw I'd pick up more.

The wine looks ruby colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. The body is medium/full. The wine has juicy texture. The wine finishes medium.
This wine was still young and will benefit from several years of aging. Good for a young Barolo.
