The nose has a medium intensity of quite simple notes; green apples, pears, peach, melon and a little bit of butter. The wine is youthful.
The palate is dry with medium acidity, medium+ alcohol, medium body, medium- intensity and a medium- finish. The flavours are quite nice with ripe stone fruits but sadly a little sullied by clumsy oak treatment. A shame.
A good quality Chardonnay that should be drank up relatively sharpish.

A bit of oak influence still. Quite creamy, smooth, showing good ripeness on the nose. Not overdone though, very balanced, fresh, ripe and pure fruit. Decent length. Very good QPR. 89-91

We sipped at Vivat Bacchus specially arranged by Adam the sommelier. Light yellow with green blush. Aromas of toasty-oak, light citrus and lemon zest. Palate is light to medium bodied and with fresh citrus fruit and wet-stony minerality. Relatively short finish. Very good QPR for a Chardonnay just a little better than the usual cocktail party drop.

Quick sip while depositing wines. Appearance is clear, pale intensity, lemon colour. Legs. Nose is clean, medium intensity, with aromas of vanilla cream and toasted oak. Youthful. On the palate, dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol, medium+ body. Medium flavour intensity, with flavours of toasted oak, vanilla, slight butter, citrus lemon fruit, and a persistent background of minerality. Medium finish. Good quality oaky Chardonnay with a good amount of minerality. Good effort. Drink up over next 2-3 years. Not for further ageing.

Deep fellow color. Rich nose. Buttery and oak. Starting to develop secondary fruit character. Maybe 2 years left.
