  • On the dry side most definitely with high, brisk acidity yet not one bit austere. Nicely minerally with the most deliciously tangy punch of lime. I find it likely that this has been quite aggressive earlier in its youth but now seems to be in a very good place. Very obviously a product of native yeast fermentation but only in a positive way.

  • A nice pale-straw, medium bodied slightly astringent riesling. Medium(-) aromas of apple, petrole and mineral notes. Dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (11.5%). Medium flavors of lemon, green apple, grapefruit. Firm texture, somewhat harsh acidity that does not appear to be fully integrated. Racy, focused good length with slight bitter notes in the finish. Keep.
