  Mørkere strågul, gylden.
  
  Frisk nese med honning og noe nesten nøtteaktig.
  
  Ålreit på smak - ingen petro. Frisk syre, noe bitterhet og struktur. Frukten litt tildekt.
  
  Med luft får den en superb moden sitron i en fruktsødme som skjærer gjennom med syre i en flott balanse.
  
  Storforskjell før og etter luft. Veldig god, særlig på en varm sommerdag!

  Lys gylden strågul. Høy viskositet.
  
  Tørket aprikos på den kjølige siden. Syrlighet/mineralsk sitronaktig duft. Svak, frisk havduft.
  
  Middels fylde, flott syre, knasende grønne granny smith-epler. Veldig flott balanse, blir nesten vektløs etter anslaget, med snev av hassel og noe kjølig tropisk frukt. Alkoholen holdes akkurat nok i sjakk. God syre som varer. Lang.
  
  Veldig flott riesling!

  From memory. Almost exactly one year from the first bottle, I stand by the description, perhaps struck me as a little more mouth-friendly even when somewhat overchilled. This time the steelhead was with blood orange avocado relish.

  Nose: Citrus, green apple, peach.
  taste: long aftertaste, great minerality, great acidity and just plain good riesling.
  Great value for your money!
