Now this tastes of a perfect dried botrytised bunch of Riesling grapes. Impeccable balance between sugars and acids. Getting better and better with time.

Color: Light to medium yellow. Nose: Wet stone, sea shells, gasoline, pineapple. Mouth: Excellent expressiveness. In the finish some honey. Very long. I like my Riesling a tad drier. It is a tad more viscous than a regular Riesling but the excellent freshness counterbalances that.

This is so good, indeed flinty, citrusy, tropical goodness, that resembles a very good Loire SB.
So pure and delicious.
