Similar to the 11. Wonderful balance of stone fruit and citrus, minerality and fresh grass. Smoke, slate, orange peel. The palate is also slate, a tiny, tiny bit of smoke. Peach rings, bright acidity, lemon, great body for how light and acidic it is.

Quite rich with butterscotch, lemon, smoke, flint, a bit of apples, lemon zest, and vanilla on the nose. Tons of acidity with more oak notes, plenty of lemon flavors, lime, butter, and green apple on the palate. Nice, long finish. The oak notes are quite dominant at the moment, but there is plenty of fruit and acidity to balance it out. Still, I'd lay this down for a while longer... 93-94+

A tasting organised by my friend Loek (At his home): Superb fruit, lovely wood, but not fully integrated; my first impression Corton-Charlemagne or top-Puligny; however it was in between. The fruit is more prominent than the wood, but the real power of this wine is in the aftertaste with layers on layers of fruit, glycerine and white fruit combined with lovely bitters.

Uncorked 4 hours in advance. Brilliant balance and fineness. A melange of white flowers, zesty fruits, mineral, and popcorn in the intoxicating bouquet. Lovely balance in the palate which as good as a village meursault can be. While an Arnaud Ente is a Mustang, it's a Nissan Fairlady. Lovely!

4 hours in decanter. Impressive powerful nose with nuts and yellow fruit, rich and round in the mouth, good acidity, and a long, long finish.
