(Domaine Roulot Meursault "Le Meix Chavaux") I have always liked this producer but the insane price increase from '01 to '02 has scared me away from the latter vintage. This was delicous in '99 and '00. Nose of lemons, minerals, and not much else. A wine that is alive of the palate with vibrant acidity and nice finesse. The fruit does not wollop you over the head but sneaks up on the persistent finish. Delicous village Meursault. High acid . . . just how I like 'em.

Tastevin 2010 AGM: Tasted at Tastevin 2010 AGM. A fantastic wine. Beautiful complex nose dried fruit. Fantastic concentrated fruit on palate with great balance and a nice finish. Drinking beautifully now and should continue to do so over the next couple of years.
