The absolute darkest Rosso I've ever had. So much fruit and sweet tea violets. Not what I'd call a typical Rossio. Probably needs 3-4 years. No rating.

A good Rosso. Bright red. Nice cherry, toasted almond, damp earth, soil, dust, mint. Nice acidity and smooth tannins. Acidity can definitely cut through a pasta dish or a steak. Decent value at $30, but I'd rather spend $30 on a nobile riserva. I'd still enjoy drinking this again. No doubt an amazing producer.
