  Medium body, pale golden color. Delicate apples and floral aroma. Apples, pears notes and nutty palate, long mineral finish. Elegant, still vibrant texture, complex and well balanced, gentle acidity. Food friendly, best match is shrimps or lobsters or poultry. Open half hour in advance. Serve 12º - 16º. Drink now and next couple years.

  12.5% - Clear, med lemon with a green hue / clean, med to low intensity - citrus zest (lemon & lime), fresh butter, chalky / dry, med+ acidity, med to light body, med intensity, persistent length, creamy finish.
