Ruby Red with garnet rim at May 2017. I haven't seen this wine for 2 years so decided to have another look as it was quite tannic 2 yrs ago. On the nose theres Deep brambly under ripe sour cherries, with bounded sulphur to loose which might air out, not good. On the palate you still get a lot of tannin with some sweet fruit in middle palate , but with a extracted hard finish , Not good You can do better than this for Bourgogne Rouge.

Pop and pour; Cool red fruit, sweet spices on nose; quite taut, rustic and very limited mid palate.
After being open for an hour and paired with some American washed rind cheese, the wine started to show brambly fruit and violets on nose with mixed berry fruit on the palate that his coming off a bit airy and shy. Wine is structured well, but really seemed to be sleeping

Tasted at Flatiron Wines, SF. Very fruit forward but delicious bourgogne. After opening it from the cooler, needed 10mins to open up but then very mineral & spicy. Nice buy at the price point.

Multi-colored leaves. All the Bourgogne stuff, earthy, foresty, cherries 'n' red berries, plus a hint of orange peel. Light in the mouth but a deep, lingering finish. The perfect autumn Pinot.

Young cherry with licorice and spice accents. Finishes light, but enjoyable fruit on the front.
