  Ironically, while I thought that the wine was ready to drink last year, and did not appear to need further aging, this bottle just might have been a bit better.
  There was sediment in this bottle, so it was necessary to decant.
  But the wine did not need to air out in the decanter. It was ready to drink within 15 minutes of opening.

  Drinking marvelously.
  Drank within minutes of opening.
  Typical smoothness of Juslyn, but elegant and distinctive.
  Was the last bottle that I served that evening, so half the bottle was left, and was concerned how it would hold up.
  Day 2 it held up great. Could not discern much of a difference.
  Last glass on day 3 was only OK.

  Great drinking window. Smooth and Balanced. I don’t believe it has the tannins to age further.

  A very distinctive and elegant wine, with a long finish.
  It is another example of a 2011 that, to me, tastes better than other more vaunted years. The only thing that overshadows my thoughts with Juslyn is that their pricing has more than tripled, and their wines are now well beyond my budget.
