A lovely, easy drink, better for decanting at least 30 minutes before the meal. Strawberry fruits. It amazes me that Chermette makes a drinkable red at 12 alcohol... Was even able to handle a spicy Italian sausage...

Acid, lacking fruit power. 12 alcohol probably tells the story. Drink up. 8 hours later, it was showing much better, as I and other have previously noted. Amazing for a 7yo base level Beaujolais at 12 alcohol. VV has its say. Still drink up.

Wonderful red fruit, ripe, balanced, classic Beaujolais. Drink or hold for a year or so.

Austere. Closed. Under-ripe. Leave and see what time does for it. Much better after 24 hours.

Open 24 hours: almost medium ruby red. wet steel and red currant nose. light bodied bomb of fresh fruit. Crisp, too.
