  Clear, dark ruby red with pink rim, widely dispersed slow tears.
  Clean, med+ intensity, aromas of raspberries, cooked blueberries, burnt caramel, cigar ash, cassis, forest floor.
  Dry, med body, med+ tannins, med alcohol, med- acidity, quite bitter aftertaste but long in finish. Further tastes of salty almonds, sour cherries, cooked plums, peppery.
