  P&P in Sydney. Youthful deep red colour, opaque. Nice aromatics, typical cabernet with a light vanilla dusting. Clearly Aussie palette, full & fruity. The barest hint of tannins, but quite nice acidity supports the sweet fruit which avoids being in any way cloying. A big but delicious mouthful of southern sunshine. $25.
