Richly fruited and p[possessing complex aromas of chocolate, soot, tobacco leaf and menthol. It is full and crammed with flavour. A gentle sweet, leafiness lingers well after the wine is swallowed.

Colour impenetrable deep crimson with purple hues. 15/15 Nose Med intensity fruit driven with black currant blueberries, red currants and black olive, hunts if cedar, liquorice and mint adding to the complexity. 26/30 Palate Bright and juicy berry fruits coat the palate and mingle with brambly spice, hints of black olive and liquorice. Velvety, fine, grape and oak tannins add to the structure and flow onto the long, fruitful and spicy finish. 41/44 Overall , too young to drink just yet but showing heaps of potential excellent cool climate Cabernet 9/11

Nose shows a big note of mint, backed by charred oak, cola, clove, anise, and black fruit. Palate shows strong tannin and lots of eucalyptus, balanced by sweet fruit notes of blackberry, rhubarb, and cherry.
