A private lunch (Restaurant Bord'eau **, Amsterdam, NL): A blend of 85% Cabernet-Sauvignon and 15% Sangiovese, ripasso. Balances structure and richness, depth and freshness, spicy oak and ripe fruit, weight and elegance; good tannic grip, lovely length.
