  dgt 12/2014. Brut nature.
  
  Drunk for the first time in 2021, it made a strong impression on me with its density and floral side.
  
  Nose as floral and chalky as ever.
  
  On the palate, if the wine seems to have lost density, it has undeniably gained depth. The mouthfeel is silky and coated at the same time. Once the first floral sensation has passed, we plunge into a mineral abyss, very gently, it is saline, chalky, rocky and earthy at the same time, always with this elegant floral touch which completes the picture. Purity combines with the abysmal depth of the juice, with a chiseled tension. Large saline finish with a length on white fruits including peach.

  Sunday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): I liked a prior bottle of this a lot more -- this one felt like a bunch of pinot snuck in with its mushroomy notes. Overall feels a little advanced and I'm not sure this is as sound as it really ought to be.

  Champagne Tasting (Restaurant Valuas, Venlo): First smell: Wow, this is definitely going to be the wine of the night. Second smell 5 minutes later: Completely closed down, it got a tiny bit more expressive after 40 minutes in the glass but didn't really reopen. This Champagne needs time, not air. Revisit 2026(?).

  刚开瓶就能闻到成熟的苹果、菠萝和干脆的黄油饼干味，氧化味轻，还带着淡淡的杏脯和黄桃味，带着淡淡的白花香，香气体态匀称，清晰而富有穿透力，中段开始，猛烈的矿物味倾泻而出，使香气变得有力而锐利，非常强势。入口时分，一点白玫瑰混合着石灰，似乎引线，瞬间引爆了酒体，像是漩涡一样席卷着口腔，酸度高且直挺，硬而汹涌，筋骨强硬。苹果、酸苹果、脆梨、一点青梅和黄桃，很干净的果味，伴随着干燥的黄油饼干屑，石灰，柠檬酸粉末，刺激着口腔，矿物感铿锵，饮罢后仍一直附着于口腔上。一个多小时后，似乎稍微平稳一点，酸度保持，口感宽阔而富有冲击力，但是慢慢好像变得有些闷。两个半小时左右，果味变得更熟一些，带有杏脯、熟苹果和板栗的风味。92+/100

  Super Tuesday (Chicago, IL): Lot 09 Mai, disgorged February 2015. Very nice, and probably one of my best experiences with Agrapart. Surprising weight on the palate, with a long vein of racy, potent acidity that I really liked. Plenty of chalkiness as well. This suffered upon revisit because of all the more opulent champagnes that came afterwards, but as a starting wine, I really enjoyed this.
