Clean and crisp on the nose. Lemon, lime, almonds and a creamy testure. Very strong acid on the palate, which was a great match for the cheese we had at the end of the meal. Very long finish. Can't wait to see how it will evolve in the next few years.

Chinese New Year Champagne Dinner (Tasty Loong): Disgorged Feb 2017, bottled May 2011, zero dosage. Mineral, chalky, lemon and savory on the nose, laser focus and linear on the palate with excellent finish. Still very youthful despite the age. Compared to the 2009, this did not have the weight and density, it was also fresher.

Chinese New Year celebration with wine friends: Guessed this as a 2008 BdB. Rather strict and made in a driven style, had a lovely seashell salinity to it. Despite the linearity of the wine, it still had quite a bit of depth. Drinking well now, Agrapart really needs age to be expressive. My favourite champagne on the night.

A bit like a Selosse style, leading with oxidative notes. Nutty, some Sherry tones, sabory. Quite demanding and sinewy. The first Venus I am tasting and at least from this sample I lime the Avizoise much better.

Pizza Trip (Lilla Napoli - Falkenberg): Green apple and lemon fruit with a high level of acidity. There is also a saline characteristic to it and a lovely mineralic aftertaste. Lovely.
