  • a bit too much of the vegetal nose and flavor - green pepper - also a bit light in body. Although it still was very well made and fruit did come through. Has this after Sineann Wyeast - no comparison

  • Deep ruby. This pinot is on the more deelicate and elegant side. The nose has lots of cherry and berry, with hints of earth, brown spice, and oak. The mouth feel is very nice and smooth. The palate contains the same fruit as the nose, along with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The finish is nice and long, with a pretty solid tannin structure. If you like your pinots a little more delicate, or are in the mood for something a little different, you can't go wrong with this one.
