An explosion of fruits, and rather unexpectedly mainl pear flavours. Great stuff Still young and vivid and i can ony think of one point of criticism: too easy to drink, the bottle was gone in a few minutes

Roediger Tasting - Riesling (Stellenbosch): 7.5% alcohol, the wine is pale lemon with a nose of honeysuckle, honeycomb and apple blossom. More that savoury, old-world accent, there is a restraint to the aromas. The entry is mineral, slate and linear shape and is kept tight with a racy, rather nervy-edged acidity. The noted RS integrates well with the high acidity whilst minerals and some stone fruits help to complex the wine. Medium to long, the wine has a lovely concentration, although the finish is a little sugary.
