I love the nose here. Light reduction and mineral/marine accents. Lighter bodied, with good energy. It reminded me of Chablis, and that is a good thing for my tastes in Chardonnay.

My first time trying this producer - this has a lightly reductive note on the nose. Lighter-bodied, brisk, and enjoyable, but it could use a little more heft on the palate.

This acid freak isn’t getting any “buttery” this or that on today’s bottle. Nice full straw color with a green hue to it; white flowers, hay and fairly gentle whiffs of lemon don’t prepare one for the firm blast of acidity that accompanies. This paired well with a rich creamy seafood and pasta main course last evening and (after having a shot of argon sprayed over it after dinner) is still going strong with lunch today. Should easily hold well for at least 5 years and would expect it to relax and fatten up a tad during that time. Quite good.

Mid gold, buttery nose but not very expressive.
Delicate, butter and oak and quite satisfying but quite simple.
Will pair well with creamy or buttery fish dishes.
Would wait another couple of years for some more complexity and expression, it has enough in it to hold a while.
