  Nose fills with ripe "Cretian" pears and yellow apple, with hints of honey on toast and gentle cinnamon. The palate is full-bodied, rich and fleshy packed with Bartlett pear, baked apple, some paw-paw, a smear of honey, like a pear tart. wonderful concentration. Perhaps just a little more evolved than I would like so drink up.
