  Ok so I found this in my stock and opened at last minute. Decanted for under 1 hr. very astringent with not much fruit. If drunk with food it was acceptable but on its own this was over the hill. Brick orange red in color and tough to drink as much as I wanted to enjoy it. Since the other bottle I had was rated '90' and was drunk only several months ago I can only think this bottle was off. They had been kept in a Eurocave at proper temp/humidity since purchase.

  Moderate translucent garnet, very clean looking and smelling. Large nose of red fruits, roses, some asphalt and earth. Palate is velvety and pure with a lot of fruit still showing and nice structure. Drinks well now but should improve and will be better in 2+ years when it develops more complexity.
