Great cork and fill. This was an old wine. Brownish color. Cedar and cinnamon notes dominate, with some dried tertiary fruit notes. Some tea and earth notes mixed in. No off putting flavors—but best years clearly behind. Got a bit better with air then faded quickly.

Rouge carmin, intensité assez profonde (pour un PN). Nez ouvert, un peu funky et boisé, animal et épice, curi. En bouche, assez gourmand, fruit mûre, épicé, tanins intégré, un peu de sucre résiduel perçue dans une dégustation ou dominait dans les autres vins, acidité et austérité. Persistance assez longue.

I thought this bottle would be past, but pleasantly surprised that it was still balanced and good. Proper cellaring does wonders.
