What a difference a few years makes. The seating acidity has resided, and this has fleshed out nicely. A rather round and each mouthfeel, though still fresh and vibrant. Really nice, and a steal at the original price.

If you could infuse reindeer moss into an intense, enamel-gripping lemonade, this would be the closest you could come to cloning this wine in non-wine raw materials. Opens into a more classic Chenin aromatic profile of fresh pear juice. Nice stuff.

Love this wine! Tart, acidic with a bit of lanolin. Great qpr.

Wow, still searing acidity and very tart. Fleshes out with some time in the bottle, but this this not for the faint of heart. Let’s see how it ages.
