88+ This is a strange wine even from the Alentejano. 25% each of CS, syrah, PV and Touring Nacional. Upon opening, the nose and palate had a sweet menthol-eucalyptus trait I could not understand. Lurking mildly at the end of day 1. Day 2 the wine was more of the expected Alentejano powerhouse I expected.

1 hour decant. This is, I guess, reasonable enough - if you like this kind of thing, but there's a bitterness lurking there as the finish starts that I don't much like.

Delicious wine with slightly spicy dark fruit. Would have liked a bit more tannins to really balance out the fruit.

This bottle was the wine I tasted in the store; much more representative of the Alentajo region of Portugal.
