  Dense dark purple colour. Youthful and pure nose showing dark berries, cassis, cherry and tobacco notes with a hint of fine oak. The palate is youthful and rather full, ripe but present tannin, a fresh backbone, juicy dark fruit notes with tobacco notes, well-integrated oak and a long finish. Still needing some time to soften and melt together.

Lacks stuffing on the midpalate and needs cellaring to develop complexity, which I hope it does, because it's very straightforward now. But this is even now better than I expected and will be a pretty drink in 5-10 years I think. 16+/20.

  Déjà bon avec un peu d’aération, mais à encore un peu de bois à digérer pour laisser place au fruit. Sera meilleur dans 2-3 ans.
