Palate is young and lively with nuts, fresh apples and lemons, herbs, some curry with a nice salinity. Elegant but energetic mouthfeel with nice acids throughout. Lovely.

From memory, delicious, very refined VJ, almost too much so. I cannot complain, I am not sure there is such a thing as a badly-made VJ or one I would dislike, but I prefer somewhat more edge, maybe the remaining bottles will so develop, this is very young at 9 years old.

Energetic and very young. Almonds, sea salt, yellow apples, elegant curry and a balanced note of ox. Beautiful. Nice acidity, short aftertaste. This bottle preserved quality for about 3 months open in the fridge, after that it lost body and became tired. Would love to have more of this, will develop nicely for a long time.

Same bottle as last time, only better after two weeks. Distinct sotolon/curry nose. Medium-bodied, graceful build with brilliant acidity and 13,5% abv. Just lovely. Need to restock.
