bottle cork and fill all excellent - dark, heavy sediment now, the wine had a little earthy funk and a slight balsamic vinegar flavor right after pouring. The wine improved and became lovely with air - about an hour or so. Excellent with pasta, the last glasses had deep sediment with a fantastic black cherry scent. Really a great wine if given time, air and served with proper food

Very good and satisfying. Some bottle funk initially then it builds becoming expressive with blackberry syrup then dark cherries, smoke and plums. Structure comes out with time and it tightens up a bit. Very impressive wine and should keep for a long time, but so nice now with pasta, pecorino and guanicale. It improved over two days vacuum sealed in the fridge

Red ruby color , fruit on the nose , spicies , full bodied , very balanced between acidity and sapidity, just the dusty tannins doesn't let to that this is a great Barbera

red ruby color and consistent fruity nose with some oaky scent in the mouth is full bodied, cherry and blueberry, fresh, rather strong tannis balanced and armonic, rather long finish it can improve by keeping it some years in the cellar
