Dark red. Grilled herbs, sage and tobacco nose. Still youthful, moderately tannic, tobacco, cherry, herbs, graphite, sufficent tart cherry to hold up to pizza. Not hot but does pack a punch alcohol wise.

Retasted after being under vacuum seal for three days. It did well! Great Barbera Superiore!
