Fresh mineral aromas, not especially oxidative and remarkably fresh with exceptional acidity to balance the tart but juicy mid weight flavors.. something like pomegranate but lighter, fennel type of herbal note. At some point in evolution the palate screams strawberries. A true delight at peak maturity from correct storage. Better warm weather bottle and also with food likely..

Quite a lot going on here, quite tannic and giving it time won't harm for sure. Rather cloudy light pink than orange (poor light in the bar though), complex wine with everything from strawberry to mineral but most of all with a nerv of energy and focus. Would have loved a try with a larger glass enabling the wine to show a bit aromatic side and air. Long finish pleasant finish!

This is a wild ride of a wine, with a gorgeous bouquet displaying crushed stone minerality, ripe pear, fresh strawberry, roses, and hints of green stems. It was remarkably fresh and lifted on the palate with a combination of stunning acidity and saturating peach and ripe strawberry fruit. Sweet herbs and inner floral tones lasted long on the finish. It's an incredibly floral and finessed wine, yet giving with fresh fruit--like something you'd have with breakfast. Wow!

It was vibrant on the nose with notes of green apple, fresh cherry, floral tones, and crushed stone. On the palate, it was dry, yet with ripe orchard fruits on display, followed by crushed flowers and minerals. It finished with intense pit fruit and crushed stone with a lingering note of green olive which added a wonderful mystique. This is not your average Pinot Grigio.

VinItaly Day 2- Natural Wine Section Building 12 (Verona, Italy): Deep copper color; yeast, smells like sour beer, grain; pleasant grip, funky finish; not for me.
