Rich but not ripe aromas of citrus, stone fruit, crushed stone, and subtle matchstick reduction. Palate is defined primarily by a stoney mineral but there's a hint of honeyed exoticism from the Botrytis one can see in this vintage. Round mouthfeel, the 2013 Poruzots feels complete. Drink now through 2030.

Complex NAPAleon (Mason's house on the harbor): Tasting much more like PYCM than like Meursault, nevertheless this bottle is fantastic, with initial reduction fading into a bit of white flower with tons of zingy lemon acid. Puts on weight as we taste it over the course of the night.

Reductive. Rich citrus, stone, and honeyed florals. Medium weight. Compared to the 2011, the 2013 is richer and shows subtle flashes of this vintage's exotic tendencies, for the better.

Pale yellow. Reduction yields a nose of pleasing matchstick. With air, it subsides to reveal lemon, white flower, and crushed rock. Fresh and crisp once the sulfur fades. The 2013 Poruzots is a very nice white Burgundy but doesn't offer much classic Meursault character at this stage of its life.

PNP. The nose shows some botrytis, honeyed tropical fruit and flinty spice. Medium weight palate, rich but shows some lively citrus infused acidity.
