From magnum - this was initially quite expressive with good rich orchard fruit, minerality, white florals and matchstick. Over time the reduction became more dominant and the wine firmed up -- usually the opposite happens and reduction dissipates, but not in this case. Give it another 3-5 years. 92+ initially.

Burgundy BBQ (House of Nanda - Chicago IL): From magnum. Very reductive, in fact this seemed to get more reductive the longer it was open. Clearly lots of substance and depth behind that reduction, and some people liked this now.

Summer BBQ (Chicago, IL): From magnum. Surprisingly not reduced for PYCM. Very nice richness and density, with the expected high acidity from the vintage, as well as the prototypical breadth on the palate. One of the better bottles of PYCM I've had in a while.

This was quite good. Surprisingly not reduced and tasted extremely young!

Somewhat advanced, smelling and tasting of butterscotch. Whoops.
