Enticing nose of jasmine, mangosteen with hints of washed rind cheese, caramel and baked spices. Good viscosity, moderate weight. Taste profile of green apple, then salted nougat, roasted chicken jus, caramel and herbed butter, elegantly framed by a final touch of lime. Utterly delicious—although structurally a bit fatty, for a Puligny anyway. This needs another 3 years to reach its full potential. 92-93

Rocking good stuff. Epic vintage and Jadot whites are so very good.

Louis Jadot Cellar Visit, Barrel Tasting and Lunch in the Vineyard (Beaune): Barrel tasting at Jadot. Again mostly orchard fruit, but leaner and more precise vs Referts just tasted. Slightly less weight or fruit density, but better energy. Also good.
