Nose: Mineral and spice off the bat. Lime and white flowers. Kept smelling mineral/limestone. Very little fruit, but pungent aromas. I like mineral whites, so the nose was pleasant overall, if not overly complex.
Palette: Very focused for what it is. Floral, mineral, round texture, silky, very little fruit. Enjoyable.
Overall: Focused and good wine. Didn't blow me away, but we enjoyed it with charcuterie and soft white cheeses.
