  Aging is key. Now all sharpness has been polished and resulted in a good balanced, full bodied and spicy Rioja. Must have patience and luck to pop the bottle at the right moment. Reckon the price a good bargain after all

  Too much oak for my taste. In order to drink it: or leave it for another 5 years stored or open the bottle, drink 1 glass and leave the open bottle (cork closed) for the next day or maybe 2 days
