IPNC Weekend 2023; 7/26/2023-7/31/2023: Medium red plus color. Small pour, lunch. Well the nose has more going than the palate. About what it was 5 years ago here.

Pop and pour, consumed over 1 hour. Nose: Medium expressiveness, black cherry, forest floor, dust, and black pepper. Palate: medium bodied, spicy dark red fruit attack, good mid-palate persistence, in the back-end pomegranate joins up-front cherry fruit along with earthy notes which linger through a 30-45 second finish.

IPNC Weekend 2018; 7/26/2018-8/2/2018 (Linfield College, McMinnville, OR): Tasting pour. This was ok, bigger, spicy, a bit like getting worked over by an actual Percheron.
