Consumed alongside the 2014 Lafon Clos de la Barre, this showed fatter and richer in comparison. Good structure, but not the chiseled detail and precision of the CdlB in 2014. Still, an amazing village Meursault that plays at a very high level.

Sweet with focused acidity. Honey, pale fruit, pronounced aroma but overall restrained. Very good acidity and minerality. Still loose today; needs more time to integrate. 92-93

restrained aroma, a little bit oxidative flavor. Compare to the old Lafon, this one is much more linear. It's still simple now and need more time.

La Paulee lunch, tasted blind. Mineralic nose with match stick and citrus and some yellow fruit. Racy, reductive palate. Very nice, my Burg style.
