  Colour: inky purple red
  Nose: red berry/cranberry, juniper berry, dried orange peel, cinnamon, dried sour cherry. Pomegranate juice. Sweet spice and old oak. Earthy, herbal, savoury. Leathery. Becomes more earthy and leathery with air.
  Palate: red berry - raspberry, sour cherry, cranberry. Pomegranate juice. Dried orange peel. Cinnamon. Plum. Eucalyptus leaf. Savoury, earthy, leathery. Red earth, dried hay. Mild fine grained satin like tannins. Medium bodied. Medium fresh acidity. 12,5% alcohol.
