  Young nebbiolo can be fruity and fresh while still maintaining its characteristic tannin and saddle scent. This was quite pleasant and moderated in its structure. We enjoyed it at Eataly with grilled squid and Branzino. Pipe tobacco and thyme mid-palate with morello cherry fruit and apple peel that did not clash with the marine fare at all. Sweet if short finish. 87+
  
  A good reminder of the need to drink more Nebbiolo.
