Deep purple colour, medium aroma of cherry, blackcurrant and pepper, grilled meat, leather. Medium + acidity, medium fine tannin. Some sweetness with medium body. Evident black fruit, milk chocolate, mocha. Well balanced and smooth. Very enjoyable

Black crimson, aroma of pepper, dried spice, oak, dark berries. Plum, olive, cocoa, unripe cherries. Acid is a bit high, tannin in powdery and integrated. Medium body, long finish although a bit sour. Could probably do with some decanting, but it was a weekday after a long day at work so no luck there. Suggest this would improve with a few more years in the cellar. Second night and aerated, a bit smoother, acidity still stands out.

Black cherry colour. Light Aroma of fresh grass, pepper, asparagus, black berries. Blueberry, blackcurrant, stewed plums. Powdery tannin, fresh acidity. A full bodied lively wine, does require some extra decanting time, even after aeration it required another 30 min. Quite grippy when first tasted but smoothed out, first taste was 89 developed into the 94.
