  • Colour-wise, it is a shade darker than what Chablis at this age should be, only marginally. Nose shows herbs, light sherry, butterscotch and sweet spice. Palate is rich and flavourful with a mix of primary and secondary character. The acidity level is more than fair for its age and vintage profile. Certainly enjoyable especially in the context of a 87 white burg.
