Enjoyed this with Quiche Lorraine, oven baked asparagus with Balsamic splash, and homemade Sally Lunn bread. Not oaky or too light. Did nice with the various flavors and textures.

California Tastings - mixed: What I consider a "typical" low-mid range, mass produced California Chardonnay. Round, butter, vanilla, wood, and ripe yellow citrus flavors. One-note and simple, with no surprises up its sleeve.
An ok summer sipper; went well with some amazing gouda, sharp cheddar, and smoked cheeses.

Go west presentation at Hamburg: boah........, for me too much of everything, 14,5%, wood, wood, wood, maybe just too young at the moment, not made to please me, (**-?), 81-85+?

Fairly benign Chardonnay. Quite steely and crisp.

Sharp mid-gold; toasty tropical nose; fat, easy-sipping Sonoma Coast Chardonnay (not Russian River Valley). A little short. w/cheeses, appetizers.
