Had at Paris House, with Pumpkin dessert. An astute match by manager Guillaume as anything more intense or more complex like a Sauternes would have overwhelmed the dish. Nice mid gold colour, with toasty and spicy notes on the nose. Light weight for the style, with spiced apples, some honey and a decent finish with a citrus twang. Very young and will gain further weight and complexity in the future.
