  Por copas. Mejor en nariz con notas a tierra húmeda, champiñones, pizza hawaiana o cítricos confitados que en boca, donde la acidez proporciona longitud pero oculta al resto de los elementos. Ideal para acompañar postres con chocolate negro pero particularmente prefiero dejar envejecer las botellas de Jurançon unos años para obtener mejores recompensas.
