Three different soil types and by climat. This is one of those, on loam silt soil and bedrock is galestro. That smells like tobacco weed to me. Better on the palate, then finishes on tobacco weed-iness. Not my thing I guess.

90% Sangiovese, 10% Caniolo. With a bit of wood funk on it. Otherwise fresh and chewy, needs some time still. On "older" style showing some dark wood tannins and fruit.

Galestro. Cask and cement egg. More of a wood, toast, dried fruit almost an old rioja palate to it. Super good.

Russk. Simply Italian Event. Chianti Classico Gran Selezione tasting. Not much nose. Austere, med bodied, firm acidity and juicy.
