Same magnum as collector. Relatively accessible for a Pommard with nice smooth red fruit on the attack, the medium (-) tannins follow on the mid palate. Good length. Will be better in a few years but already fun to drink now, would like to see better delineation for a higher score.

From Magnum. Expressive nose of whole clusters, cranberries and dried meat, very complex. Elegant and light on the palate, unusual for a Pommards. As light as the wine is, the tannins still young and a bit grippy like in a young Corton. Very good potential. Young, 1h decant recommended. Best after 2022.

Still a favourite and displays again an unusual openness which makes it so attractive to drink now. This is a Pommard which will convert the Burgundy lovers who normally do not drink Pommard.
A most unusual and really approachable Pommard which is silky and soft like velvet. There is more than just softness and at the end there is a slight bite of something more rugged. It is interesting to see how this will develop even though it is difficult not to drink it now.

Tasted again and has developed significantly last 6-9 months.
Has aqcuired a perfumed note which suits this Pommard.
Still delightful and accessible.
