A bit of a shrinking violet. This was nice, but easily overpowered by the other wines on the table (Champagnes) and even a bit by the Kumamoto oysters, which should have been a near perfect pairing. Completely Chablis-like, everything just felt dialed back and a bit thin.

Fortsatt dårlige korker her, stående lagring anbefales. Tatt med til Østfoldsmaking 2021.

Dobbeltdekantert. Frisk steinaktig finish, god lengde. Perfekt til østers.

Recently had a similar bottle that just did not seem entirely right. Good quality, but abit flabby. Now, a few months later, I can confirm that this was the case.
Lemon, apple, sea and some oystershell and minerals on the nose. This seems quite young, with a nice acidic cut and only a hint of age. Nicely bodied with good fruit. Good weight and length. This has the tension of a good Chablis that I was expecting in the last bottle.
I would assume good bottles like this will continue to develop beautifully.

Saline, oyster shells, lemon. Preferred in the glass just after opening. With air this was less convincing.
