Popped and poured. Pale straw colour. Lovely nose with hints of citrus fruits, moist gravel and a dash of vanilla. Impressive depth, concentration and balance. Not cheap, but holds its own comfortably against equally priced Old-World competitors. Enjoy over the next two to three years.

Needs a decant for the oak to blow off to reveal the lemon, apple and minerals, relatively straightforward palate with well integrated acidity, medium length

Very rich, herby and spicy. I thought it paired well with barbecued prawns and salmon. Not the finest wine but should go well with fairly robust food.

I like it, nice flavors of melon and sweet pepper in the nose, just al little acidity and some hints of wood. Quite an easy drinker - no big bomb.
